Heading off the shore (Stone Harbor, NJ) to relax this weekend, and celebrate my birthday (which is actually Monday the 13th)! Please no Snooki or NJ-Shore jokes. Seriously, that’s a very very small percentage of shore-goers here.

Does the girl need a name? IIRC, none of the other human characters have them – the male owner / female owner, the weird kid… Only Z & F,and Nettika rteally have them (or does the manager as well… been a while and there isn’t one on the cast page. Just a nickname would probably do. “the tough girl?”
Hi, thanks for your thoughts! I think in this case, this new character needs a name. The owners didn’t need names as their purpose is to provide data for research. The Weird Kid is all the aliens know him as, like a nickname. The manager’s real name has never been revealed because he’s pompous enough to demand he purely be referred to as “manager” or “supervisor”. This new character is introduced as a character connected to someone besides the aliens… and therefor needs a name.
No doubt she’ll also provide data for research, but there are reasons why it would feel strange for her NOT to have a regular name.
